It’s all official. After using the Cooper brand for the BMW Mini, BMW has official purchased the rights to the Cooper brand name. No telling what this will lead to, but the Mini has been quite a success for BMW. Could we see other Coopers by BMW, or is this a business move where BMW would rather own the name than rent?
